Burgundy Shoes was started by a incessant shoes lover with an incessantible appetite for shoes.

I SAW, I TRIED AND I BOUGHT: GUESS ARABELLA / NINE WEST GAFFER

I was kicking myself hard when i was told that this lovely pair of chunky heels i wanted was out of stock islandwide when i returned to buy it the next day after spotting it. I thought i could convince myself to forget about it but obviously, i was kidding myself.

I had to buy it so the next day was the most i could wait!

So, you can imagine my surprise when i saw it again at the shoe sale at Taka!
Whats more, it was on half price! The first question i asked was "Am i dreaming?"
The second, "Do you have it in size 8???"



And of course, i was so glad that this tiny fairytale of mine had a happy ending.
Soon, i was checking other shoes out happily with the Size 8 safely tucked under my armpits.

Alright, so i sound like a prude, oh hell, i dun really care. All that were occupying my mind was halved price and what other gems i could find. Minutes into my searching and i found my other muse! Nine West Gaffer Pumps in Khaki Fabric!


It was find-the-outta-stock-shoe-day for me! I was hesitating whether to get the Gaffer pumps when it first hit the stores and when my deliberation said yes and took me back to the stores, it was the usual, "Sorry, its outta stock". Disappointment sure had a way at looking for me.


So it was double joy day! As usual, i didn't waste a single second asking for my size and trying out the size all with a spastic smile plastered on my face throughout. I was quite simply, overjoyed when i saw that the bill came up to a total of $150 only!


Man, this is my day. :)
